The screened deck area is one of the largest on Hampton Lakes.
At 40ft x 35ft there is more than ample space to accommodate a large number guests.
The extended 30ft x 15ft pool can be electrically heated* if required and the larger than average Jacuzzi will bubble away at all those limbs tired by the days of theme park madness.
The extensive high-quality deck furniture with table, chairs and sunloungers will enable you to soak up some of that Florida sunshine.
As already mentioned, we have a 10ft Lanai with ceiling lights so that you can sit around are large patio table and enjoy a wonderful outdoor meal, cooked on our complimentary BBQ.
